We do our very best to send out orders within 1 week of being received. We use ChitChats to fulfill and insure all domestic and international shipments. We are proud to now offer tracking on all shipments besides small envelopes.

Return Policy
ChitChats, our shipping partner, handles our returns. If you need to return your order, we will refund the total, minus shipping, or issue a store credit, whichever you prefer. We will then send you a return label.

If your order arrived broken or damaged, please let us know here and we will send you a replacement item, free of charge. You can keep or dispose of the damaged or broken item at your own discretion.
